Some typical recipes.

4 Chicken Portions.
2 oz cheese.
1 oz butter.
1 tbsp parsley.
8 rashers of bacon.
1 tbsp lemon juice.
Mustard.

1.. Cut a slit in each chicken portion, fill with a slice of cheese spread with a little mustard and parsley.

2.. Wrap two rashers of bacon around each chicken piece and fix in place with a cocktail stick.

3.. Place in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven at 200 C, gas mark 7, for 40 minutes till the bacon is crisp and the chicken cooked.

4.. Warm butter in a saucepan, when hot add the lemon juice pour over chicken to serve.
