Some typical recipes.

3 green peppers.
1 oz butter.
½ oz flour.
¼ pint milk.
1 cooking apple.
4 oz cheese.
1 red pepper.

1.. Cut peppers in half and de-seed. Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes drain and place in oven dish.

2.. Melt butter, add flour, cook for 2 minutes, add milk to make a sauce. Add chopped apple, grated cheese and diced red pepper.

3.. Carefully fill peppers with sauce. Cook in oven at 150 C, gas 2 for 30 minutes.
