Worcester Saturday 31st May to Stratford-upon-Avon Friday 6th June. Six nights, £515 per berth.

"There is nothing so nice as messing about on the river" Especially when there is an expert crew to handle the boats. After spending a day on the River Severn we travel the full length of the River Avon from Tewkesbury up to Stratford. First the Cathedral city of Worcester, then, Upton, Tewkesbury,
Pershore and Evesham before finishing at the home town of Shakespeare.

On the evening of Saturday at Worcester; Sunday Tewkesbury; Monday Pershore; Tuesday Evesham; Wednesday Bidford; Thursday Stratford.

13 Bard to Castle

Stratford-upon-Avon Friday 6th June to Warwick Wednesday 11th June. Five nights, £435 per berth.

We spend most of this cruise on the Stratford canal, a hidden jewel of the Warwickshire countryside. It is often forgotten in the attention paid to Stratford and Warwick which we slowly travel between. In contrast our last day is spent on the Grand Union descending the tremendous locks at Hatton.

14 Hidden wonders

Warwick Wednesday 11th June to Market Harborough Tuesday 17th June. Six nights, £515 per berth.

.Apart from the first morning the whole of this cruise is in the country. There is plenty to see, three of the longest canal tunnels in the UK; two staircases of narrow locks; three flights and a staircase of broad locks; and several isolated locks. In the middle is a chance to visit the canal centre of Braunston.

On the evening of Wednesday at Warwick; Thursday Long Itchington; Friday Braunston; Saturday Crick; Sunday Husband Bosworth; Monday Market Harborough.

15 Tradition, Tradition!

Warwick Saturday 5th July to Leighton Buzzard Saturday 12th July. Seven nights, £595 per berth.

Commercial needs created the broad canal from Birmingham to London. Today we use it to explore the countryside. The centres of Braunston and Stoke Bruerne show remains of the past, and the way we work our boats is over 200 years old! We pass through several lock flights, two of the longest tunnels in the UK and over a narrow metal aqueduct.

On the evening of Saturday at Warwick; Sunday Long Itchington; Monday Braunston; Tuesday Weedon; Wednesday Stoke Bruerne; Thursday Linford; Friday Leighton Buzzard.
