More correctly the Hertford Union Canal is a one mile stretch of canal connecting the Regent's canal with the Lee Navigation. It leaves the Grand Union at Old Ford Road Bridge Junction and runs dead straight to the River Lee Navigation. It has three locks and borders the attractive the attractive Victoria Park.
