Welford Arm
An arm built to both feed water from the reservoirs and to link Welford to the canal system. It runs from its junction with the Leicester arm of the Grand Union on its summit level through the country along the side of the infant River Avon. It ascends through one lock to end in a small basin on the edge of the village of Welford.
