Pictures of the Grand Union Canal,
Warwick to Lapworth.
This section of canal has to climb up from the valley of the Avon to the edge of the Birmingham plateau. This it does straight away in the great flight of 21 broad locks at Hatton on the outskirts of Warwick. It then follows a beautiful country course to Lapworth just passing through the short tunnel of Shrewley on the way.
