Instructions for an agent booking a cruise for clients.

To book a cruise for your clients with Reed Boats -

1... First ....

• Telephone 07977 229103 or e-mail martinreed@reedboats.co.uk to inquire about availability.
• We will then hold that cruise/cabin(s) for a maximum of seven days while you check with your clients. (N.B. Telephone calls will be answered as soon as practical, emails may take up to 48 hours due to operating requirements.)
• For 2010 terms per person, please see below. For our small print please see "Booking Conditions",

2... Next .

• Confirm to us that the provisional reservation is acceptable to your clients with
  • a further phone call to 07977 229103
  • and an e-mail to martinreed@reedboats.co.uk
• You will then get an email from us confirming that the cruise/cabin is reserved.
• We will hold the reservation for up to 14 days from that date until we receive the completed booking form.

3... Finally

• Print a copy of the form below on your printer.
• Post it completed with your customers non-returnable deposit, after deducting 15% of the deposit as the first part of your commission, to Reed boats 2 Lyons Lodge, Withington, Cheltenham, GL54 4BH ENGLAND.
• When we have the booking form and deposit we will;
• email an acknowledgment of its arrival.
• post you a receipt and written confirmation of the booking.

Six to eight weeks before your clients are due to join us.

1 ... We will send you by post;

• The final invoice
• Joining instructions, giving details of exactly where we will be moored. We will include some suggestions as to public transport and people they could contact to arrange car parking if they want to drive.

2... Please then;

• Pass these instructions onto your clients.
• Send us the balance of the cost less the 15% commission due on the balance to arrive at least fourteen days before the booking.

3... When we have the full payment we will;

• email an acknowledgment of its arrival.
• Post you a receipt.

Please reserve the following accommodation subject to Booking Conditions:

Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the total bill. (or the full amount if booking less than six weeks before the start of the cruise). Payment should be made by check payable to "Reed Boats" in UK Sterling. The balance of the cost of the holiday is due at least 14 days before the start of the cruise
