How to book a cruise with us.

Print this on your printer, fill it in and send it with your deposit to Reed boats at 2 Lyons Lodge, Colesbourne Road, Withington, Cheltenham, Gloucester, GL54 4BH.
Before you book, we would advise you to telephone first to enquire about availability.( 07977 229103 ) We will hold a provisional reservation made by telephone for up to 14 days, but it will not be confirmed until we receive your completed booking form. For 2008 terms per person, please see "How to Book".

Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 20% of the total bill. (or the full amount if booking less than six weeks before the start of the cruise). Payment should be made by cheque payable to "Reed Boats". The balance of the cost of the holiday is due at least 28 days before the start of the cruise

Cancellation insurance. When your booking is confirmed, a contract will exist between you and Reed Boats. We will be legally bound to provide the accommodation as booked, you, in turn will be legally bound to pay.

If you are forced to cancel you will still remain liable for the full cost. To cover this eventuality, all bookings should be covered by cancellation insurance (see conditions of booking).

I/We understand that I am/we are responsible for the full cost of the holiday. I/We also accept the full booking conditions as displayed on this Internet Site.
